DISPERSOL – 2054 B is a special liquid compound based on phosphonates and contains
dispersants, sequestrants and anti – corrosive agents used mainly in reverse osmosis
systems.
DISPERSOL 2054 B exhibits excellent performance in combatting the most common
causes of membrane fouling. It also extends the time between cleanings, maintains
permeate flow rates, and maximizes membrane life and permeate quality. When
properly applied, DISPERSOL 2054 B helps reduce capital expenditures and operational
costs.

of silt and organic foulants such as colloidal silica, clay, organic color, bacterial slime,
grease, fat, proteins, etc.
It is safe to all alkaline resistant membranes but should not be used on
cellulose acetate membranes.
PRODUCT USES
Is used diluted with water in a concentration of 5% .
Circulate the product in a temperature of 35-40 °C for 1-2 hours.
The temperature should not exceed 50 °C.
Rinse with water for 10-15 minutes.

remove metallic-based foulants and scaling components such as, iron sulfate,
aluminum sulfate, barium sulfate, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, etc.

Is used diluted with water in a concentration of 5% .

The above proportions are indicative and can change depending to
the type of the soil the contact time, the temperature of the solution
and the condition of the membranes. Generally, membrane manufacturer’s
guidelines should be followed for cleaning membranes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KEM-ET is a new generation, advanced, anti-scaling liquid product, formulated of
a synergistic blend of phosphonates used in evaporators and multi stage flash
evaporators.
The specially selected ingredients in KEM-ET combine with the potential scale
forming salts in the brine to prevent them from adhering to heat transfer surfaces.
These precipitated solids are held in suspension and removed with the evaporator
brine. The operating efficiency of the plant is maintained for maximum water
production.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
The dose level required will depend on a number of factors, including the quality
of the feed, effect temperatures and concentration factors. Typical dose levels will
be in the range of 30ml per ton of distillate produced. If brine density or
temperature increases the dose should be increased proportionally.
KEM-ET will clean up moderate amounts of deposits. In this case double the
dosage rates
