PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TANK WASH is a liquid compound containing petroleum solvents, emulsifying
detergents and surface active agents, for cleaning tanks of double bottom at sea.
TANK WASH has a high solvent power, penetrates rapidly, makes an emulsion in fresh
or sea water, is an effective and economical product, does not produce corrosion on
metal surfaces, is low toxic and has a high cleaning action provided by ship's motion.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
TANK WASH is formulated for cleaning and gas-freeing double bottom, deep tanks and
other fuel oil bunker tanks at sea, degreasing and cleaning engine cooling water
systems, and removing oil and greases from soiled surfaces

PRODUCT USES
TANK WASH-S is formulated for cleaning and gas-freeing double bottom, deep tanks
and other fuel oil bunker tanks at sea, degreasing and cleaning engine cooling water
systems, and removing oil and greases from soiled surfaces.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
Cleaning and gas freeing by the rock-and-roll method.
1. Drain off all existing fuel and rinse with plenty of sea water. Drain off all residues.
2. Ensure that all valves to and from the tank are closed.
3. Add 1,5 to 3 liters of TANK WASH-S for 1000 liters of water, and fill tank up to 75% of the volume tank with sea water.
4. Apply heating to 60 0C and maintain for 48 to 96 hours during the trip.
5. Discharge and strip tank. Rinse tank with sea water.
6. A second dose of 1 to 1,5 liters of TANK WASH-S following the same procedure will give excellent results

RODUCT DESCRIPTION
EUROBREAK is a solvent emulsion cleaner with surfactants for fast effective cleaning.
Does not contain chlorinated solvents.
EUROBREAK is safe for all metals, glass, plastic, wood and painted surfaces. Loosens and breaks up deposits, leaves oil and grease free surfaces, has a strong emulsifying action and it is easy to use. EUROBREAK can be used as an all purpose degreaser.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
EUROBREAK is ideal for removing mineral oils and greases from machinery parts, diesel engine exteriors, compressors exteriors, tank tops, bulkheads, decks, bunker tanks etc.
Also is suitable for engine rooms decks and spot cleaning/degreasing of oil tanks.
EUROBREAK may be used neat or diluted with petroleum or water in varying
concentrations depending on the heaviness of the soil by soaking, spraying or
combined with scrubbing.

SEPARATOR CLEANER is an acidic liquid product containing surfactants, emulsifying agents, inhibitors and solvents.
PRODUCT USES
SEPARATOR CLEANER is suitable for removing all heavy tenacious deposits which collect in fuel and lube oil centrifugal stainless steel separators (DE LAVAL) and filters.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
SEPARATOR CLEANER can be used by recirculation when the cleaning of separators discs or filters is done in - situ and by immersion or spray when the cleaning is done on individual discs or filters.
SEPARATOR CLEANER may be used neat or diluted down to 20% by volume with fresh water. Depending on the amount of contamination the cleaning operation will vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
After cleaning rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
Faster and better cleaning is obtained by heating to a maximum temperature of 60 oC.
Do not use on zinc, tin, galvanized surfaces or anodised aluminum.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FILTER CLEANER is a non-corrosive cleaning agent. This product is a mixture of aliphatic
and chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, and anionic surface-active agents. It is used for
the removal of partially carbonized oils using a circulation method.
PRODUCT USES
FILTER CLEANER is mainly used for the cleaning of permanently fixed oil coolers, oil
preheaters and metal/ ceramic oil filters. These units are regularly contaminated by
particles in the oil and partially carbonized oils. Timely cleaning prevents the formation of
coke-like adherents which are difficult to remove.
APPLICATION
FILTER CLEANER is used neat at cleaning temperatures not exceeding
60° C. The cleaning effect is obtained by filling and/or circulating the product. Cleaning will
take 8-24, hours depending upon the degree of contamination

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
P.L.H.B. is an exceptionally effective liquid product designed to leave a thin temporary film on cargo hold surfaces.
When P.L.H.B. is applied on the cargo hold surface it creates a barrier between the
cargo and the cargo hold surface, therefore the cleaning procedure
afterwards is faster and easier.
APPLICATION
Before applying P.L.H.B., the surface must be clean from any residues from previous
cargo.
P.L.H.B. is used neat and can be applied with low pressure spraying equipment. One
(1) liter of P.L.H.B. will cover about 15-20 m2.
Allow the product to dry before loading cargo.
Drying time: 1 – 3 hours depending on the air temperature and humidity.
A thin temporary film is created on the surface. The film is water soluble and is easy to remove with sea water after unloading the cargo.
