PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The long-term reliable functioning of the engine system depends frequently on the
cleanliness of its components and the efficiency of the cleaning method. Departing
from traditional approach, EUROCHEM offers a non-conventional cleaning method
based on ultrasonic technology. The engine parts are placed into the sturdily
constructed ULTRASONIC CLEANING TANK which can vary in sizes depending on the
items to be cleaned. The cleaning is brought about by means of a piezoelectric
SUBMERSIBLE TRANSDUCER which converts electrical energy into ultrasonic energy
creating cavitation bubbles in the cleaning liquid. The bubbles implode against the
surface of items releasing mechanical energy in the cleaning liquid and producing the
so-called “push-pull” effect on the surface of the equipment to be cleaned

The Diaphragm Pump System is a pneumatic driven diaphragm pump and tank set.It is suitable for circulating
and transferring various marine products. The unit is suitable for introducing cleaning products from the
smallest heat exchanger to the largest diesel jacket system, propulsion boiler,or tank. The system may also be
used for circulating cleaning solutions through evaporators and small heat exchangers or for stripping tanks
and bilges. The 3-way suction valve design allows for system circulation without the risk of tank overflow or it
can be externally piped to provide system return to the tank

EUROCHEM WATER PUMPS are designed to accurately dose selected marine chemical treatment products to
pressures of up to 16 bar utilizing prominent solenoid driven diaphragm metering pumps. Its efficient design,
reliability, and accuracy are proven for the rugged shipboard environment and the chemical industry
worldwide making it easy to support and maintain.
Each system consists of a tank and steel frame for safe mounting to a metal deck, a pump mounted on the
tank, and a fitting kit necessary for suction and discharge. A sensor is provided to alert the user of low
chemical levels.
Additional electrical connections are provided on the pump to allow for integration into the vessel’s existing
boiler or engine room control and alarm panel.
