CARBON REMOVER is a strong liquid product suitable for removing carbon deposits
from ferrous and non ferrous metals. Also removes mineral oils, residual combustion
products, grease, etc.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE
CARBON REMOVER NP is applied cold by dipping, or brush, neat. The product can also
be applied by spraying, providing that all the necessary precautions should be taken
(e.g. goggles, gloves, etc.).
Allow parts to be in contact with solution for 4-8 hours minimum and then rinse with
water under pressure.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A.C.C. is a powerful solvent emulsion cleaner containing solvents and surface active
agents for cleaning air coolers, scavenge air systems and turbo chargers.
A.C.C. penetrates and dissolves accumulated deposites such as oil, grease carbon
deposits etc.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
Recirculation method in-situ For this cleaning procedure the engine needs to be stopped and secured. Permanently
installed spray nozzles in combination with a cleaning solution tank and pump. It is
advised to blind off the cooler outlet. Properly mix water and 10-30% A.C.C., depending on the severity of the contamination, in the tank. Connect the pump's outlet to the nozzle assembly and the air cooler drain to the tank. Start the pump and spray the solution through the nozzles over the entire surface of the cooler and drain back to the tank. Circulate the solution for a period of 1 to 6 hours. After cleaning, rinse with fresh water. Remove the outlet blind and disconnect the pump and tank loop.
