PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CARBON REMOVER NP is a strong liquid product suitable for removing carbon deposits
from ferrous and non ferrous metals. Also removes mineral oils, residual combustion
products, grease, etc.
PRODUCT USES
CARBON REMOVER NP is used for cleaning:
* Burner tips
* Heavy fuel heaters
* Filters for lubricants or fuel oils
* Heat exchange units in oil refineries
* Oil coolers
* Diesel engine injectors
Machine parts such as:
ā€¢ pistons
ā€¢ piston rings
ā€¢ valve springs
ā€¢ connecting rods
ā€¢ carburetors etc.
APPLICATION & DOSAGE
CARBON REMOVER NP is applied cold by dipping, or brush, neat. The product can also
be applied by spraying, providing that all the necessary precautions should be taken
(e.g. goggles, gloves, etc.).
Allow parts to be in contact with solution for 4-8 hours minimum and then rinse with
water under pressure.
